Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER CARD processed *securely* through our trusted and verified merchant account. We also accept PAYPAL. You can even pay with your credit cards on Paypal, if you don`t have a paypal account.
Please note, because of the large amount of deceptive fraud on the Internet, we can only ship to the billing address that is listed with your credit card company. Attempts to have footwear shipped to address that is not on file with your credit card company will result in a declined transaction.
Q: What is the return policy?
A:We will exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days after the package delivered . Products must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them.
To obtain a return authorization, please contact us.
Please note,All returns and cancellations are subject to a 12% restocking fee and $25/pcs shipping fee , unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, pls provide photo for that, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear.
The most importance : Pls contact us for the return address befor you sent back the package,and you must info us the tracking number and tracking link in time ,if there is no return tracking number, we will not give refund or replace.
Please make sure the shoes have not been worn at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat: the shoes must be unworn or we will reject your refund. After we receive the returned package and verify the footwear to be in its original condition, we will refund your purchase price directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay return freight on all returns.
Please ask us for returning address, DO NOT return to the original address, coz there will be no one there taking care of return / exchange or refunding.

Pls notice these handbags are OEM products , not original. But they are in good quality, all bags are made in China, Malaysia and Viet Nam, the material is PU leather,patent leather ,canvas, polyester... not sheep skin or cow leather ,so that is why they are cheap. If you don't mind of this, you can place your order, wealways check the quality before ship ,and choose the best one to you.
